American figure skater Sasha Cohen was the 2006 Olympic silver medalist, and a three-time World Championships medalist – silver in 2004 and 2005, bronze in 2006.
Following recovery from a back stress fracture, Cohen finished fourth at the 2002 Winter Olympics and World Championships. In 2002-03, she won skating's Grand Prix Final, and the gold medal at the 2003 Skate America.
Between 2000 and 2006, Cohen won gold, silver or bronze medals at six consecutive United States Championships.
The Californian was elected into the U.S. Figure Skating Hall of Fame in 2016.
