DESCRIPTION:

Joe Shane is one of six founders of the Israel Tennis Centers. He was the builder, construction supervisor and founders-Israel government liaison for the original tennis complex in Ramat Hasharon.

Shane is known in the tennis community as "the father of tennis in Israel."
