With partner Laszlo Szollas, ice dancer Emilia Rotter won the World Figure Skating Championship four times in five years, 1931 through 1935. In 1932, the only year during this run the duo did not win the championship, they won the World silver medal.
Rotter and Szollas won Olympic bronze medals in 1932 and 1936. They also won the European Figure Skating Championship in 1934 in Prague, and silver medal honors in 1930 in Vienna and 1931 at St. Moritz.
